Osseoprint3D was founded by dental implantologist, Dr. Arthur Greyf to address the lack of efficient surgical solutions for restoring adequate bone structure needed for placing dental implants. He and his team have optimized the process of the surgical planning, 3D modeling and aseptic 3D printing for bone grafts for dental and medical applications. These innovations bring cost efficiencies, time savings and improved clinical outcomes for patients and practitioners.

SimplifieD pre-surgical planning

Model surgery is done on the computer screen. No need to create physical models, articulate, or do surgery on models.

minimizeD preoperative planning

Graft created intrao-peratively, while the patient is getting numb.

time_icon.png

no aborted surgeries

If sterility or integrity is compromised a new graft can be created in 15 minutes.

Customizable

The surgeon chooses his preferred allograft, autograft, xenograft, antibiotic, bone growth stimulating agents to impregnate the graft with.

Rapid speed

Thirty minute print time.  Surgeon Loads Scaffold with Their Preferred Osseo-Integrating Compound

cost_icon.png

No more costly components

No need for membrane placement, tack placement, reduces number of screws placed.  Simplifies selecting the fixation screw(s) positioned during surgery.

Ease of surgery

No need to stabilize the graft while placing pilot holes for fixation screws - pilot holes are preprinted in the scaffold - graft intimately fits into the defect.

Automation

Precision and Ease of handling the graft.  Graft fits into the defect precisely and does not move during fixation. No need to manually shape the graft during surgery.
